He was Phillip Green in the movie Casino played by Kevin Pollack. Remember the woman in the movie who sued Glick/Green who claimed she had ownership in the Stardust. Joe Pesci/Nicky Santoro/Spilotro took care of her. She was shot 5 times in her home in San Diego. Argent corporation had purchased the Stardust with $62.7 million loan from the Teamsters pension fund who run at the time by Jimmy Hoffa.

Sunday nights was the betting lottery for the next weekends football. The Stardust would open the windows for a few hours take action close shop and had all the line movement washed out.Dave Milinski would go over the games and the line movements and tell us who he bet on. He was found dead semi recently was on a hike but as I remember was some Suspicions

John Kelly was the radio master of ceremony’s so to speak. Currently works across the street and he’s an action junkie also. Back in the day of the stardust line he just hosted didn’t give opinions which must of been hard just hosting and no opining.

Most of the main characters portrayed in the movie “Casino” are gone now, except for ex Senator Harry Reid and ex Mayor Oscar Goodman.
And even Frank Cullota, who enjoyed telling mob stories on his YouTube channel died from Covid last year.

Interesting. you have been on the RX for five years and it takes a post about Allen Glick for you to make your second post. i am guessing you read up and watch all things mob related.

Just found this on YouTube. The first 13 minutes of the Stardust Line show from 1984 with Lee Pete and Jim Brown. I lived in Las Vegas back then was in the sportsbook when they were doing the show many times.
